The Player Score comes from members who own the paddle. Five ratings before a number shows, so nobody games it with two accounts.

Mine, from hours on court. Theirs, from owning it. You can see where we disagree.

Great paddle with power and balance
Loved this paddle. For me I had no edge guard issues. Loved the control and power.

The paddle that forced me to learn what I didn’t want!
Loved the sound and the power; but everything went downhill from there! It’s a great paddle for learning what you do/don’t need from your paddle on the court! Even in singles, just too much power without the dwell and control you’d hope for in an obvious power paddle. The gap from power to control is just too great.

Expensive but powerful
Definitely the best Selkirk paddle at the time of release. It delivered lots of power and had a satisfying noise when hitting the ball. The playability was there, but the feel was not for me. I could feel the parts of the paddle where space existed between the EPP and EVA, it was unsettling. Sold as USAP approved, I really felt distaste for Selkirk after testing it. I measured the RZ / RT and found it way beyond the legal limit USAP allowed. It would not be allowed in pro events if tested stock from a retail shop. This really bothered me.
